Clients contact me from all over the country via phone or email. We talk about pet behavior or problems or what they want to know or say to their pets. Many have specific questions and three to five questions will narrow the scope of the session. Think about what you really want to know and ask specific questions. Animals are very literal and if we don’t ask, they may not tell us.
Some clients prefer phone calls, some email. Either way is great for me. Often times we will communicate via email to begin with and then talk in person.
What I need from you
When you decide to go ahead with the consultation I need the following information:
. name
. age
. sex
. breed of your animal
We discuss your questions and then make an appointment to go over everything a few days later. In an emergency, we may schedule earlier. It is not necessary to send photos of your pets for a consultation, but I do love to get them.
